Pro IYPT-CH and its partners are committed to offer all participants the optimal preparation for the SYNT and IYNT. Therefore Pro IYPT-CH invests part of its budget in equipment. The process of acquisition is defined in the document “Beschaffungsreglement” (see below, only available in German). We distinguish between consumables and experimental equipment and different regulations apply respectively. In any case the applicant must fill out the form “request of procurement” and send it to the president of Pro IYPT-CH, This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note that Pro IYPT-CH already possesses certain experimental equipment. Most of which are stored at the head quarter of Pro IYPT-CH at the MNG Rämibühl in Zurich. The equipment can be used by participants. Please contact us in time.

Requests for experimental equipment that will also be used by others (e.g. standard school equipment) will generally be declined. The same applies to equipment that does not possess a direct benefit for a SYNT- or IYNT-problem or that is not suited for the use by students.
